Terms and Conditions

Privacy: Alice Laidlaw Naturopathy is committed to complying with Commonwealth legislation to protect your privacy.

Pricing: You agree to pay the scheduled fee for the service that you have booked. All prices for services are in Australian Dollars and include GST if applicable. Our pricing may be amended from time to time at our discretion.

Cancellations: We require 12 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations. If less than 12 hours notice is given, we will charge you, and you agree to pay, 50% of the scheduled fee.

Refunds & Guarantees for Services: Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds or guarantees for services that have been provided to you. If you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us to provide your feedback.

Refusal: During the course of providing our services to you, we reserve the right to refuse any request that we deem inappropriate, unreasonable or illegal.

Risk: You are solely responsible for determining whether the services provided to you are suitable for you. You must give full disclosure of any health concerns or medical conditions so that we can ensure that the appropriate treatment is prescribed. We encourage you to inform your medical practitioner of the treatments that we prescribe to you.

Disclaimer: Alice Laidlaw Naturopathy uses multiple modalities during the course of your treatment plan, including dietary changes and TGA approved nutritional and herbal supplements. At no stage of your treatment do we make any unreasonable claims or representations to your health or prescribed treatment and do not guarantee a cure or resolution of any of your health concerns. If you have a serious medical condition or medical emergency, do not delay in seeking medical advice from your doctor or nearest hospital emergency department.
