FAQs
What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a form of natural medicine that works on the philosophy that, with support, the body has the ability to maintain and restore health.
Naturopathy is not a ‘quick-fix’ solution, it requires time and offers long term support for your health concerns. Naturopaths aim to find the root cause of an individual’s health concerns wherever possible and don’t only treat the symptoms. Naturopathy considers the physical, mental and emotional aspects of a person’s health.
Naturopathy includes a variety of modalities including herbal medicine, nutritional supplements as well as dietary and lifestyle advice.
